Here at runningmoms.com we're all about being respectful, encouraging, supporting and posting interesting stuff. We want open honest posting, and nothing is really sacred so post whatever is on your mind.  With that said, we have a few rules.

Remember your Mom telling you "If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all"?  That's the good rule here too.  Don't badmouth any other moms, and using foul language will also land you in the naughty spot.

Be sure if you post a link for an external site it's appropriate content.  We at runningmoms.com reserve the right to give you a time out if we deem posted sites to be inappropriate.

With that last rule in mind, don't even think about using this forum for spamming.  Any posting of spam will result in a serious time out if not a permanent grounding.  We want this discussion board to be a safe place for moms to go without being barraged with spam.

We take all of these rules seriously, as our ultimate goal here is to create a place for people to communicate openly and honestly.
